Sibah Farooq is the Founder and Senior Partner of S&S Law Associates. Sibah oversees the entire working of the firm and is particularly responsible for legal matters related to Overseas Pakistanis, Foreign Investors and International clients. Sibah is a highly experienced Advocate of the Superior Courts of Pakistan and has a legal experience spanning almost twenty years.

Sibah has acquired an international legal education and training from the top law schools in Europe. She holds  an Advanved LLM degree from the Geneva Academy in Switzerland and a LLB degree from the University of Leeds, UK. Sibah has an expertise in the area of International Law, Employment Laws, Contract Law and cases related to Property/Inheritance matters and Family law.


Sibah Farooq represents the law firm in the UAE where she provides legal consultations to several corporate companies and individual clients. Sibah also offers advise to foreign investors intending to carry forth business activities in Pakistan. Over the years engaging with an internationally based clientele Sibah has developed a thorough understanding of the laws of other jurisdictions particularly the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the UK.

As the Senior Partner of the Firm, Sibah Farooq, has held a number of important legal advisory positions within foreign missions and government agencies. Although the list is long, it is worth mentioning that Sibah has been the nominated Legal Advisor of the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Pakistan, the Embassy of the Royal Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Embassy of Brazil, the Turkish International Cooperation Agency and she is recommended by the government of UK on its website for highly credible consultation and advice in Pakistan.

Within the government of Pakistan, Sibah has held many prominent positions, most notably, as Senior Advisor Law to the Federal Ombudsman of Pakistan and Legal Advisor to the Ministry of Gilgit Baltistan and Kashmir Affairs, the Federal Board of Revenue and the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority of Pakistan.

Sibah has also worked extensively within International Organizations and the development sector. She has held the position of Legal Advisor to the International Committee of the Red Cross and managed the legal wing of the organization as the senior most advisor at a critical time in Pakistan. She has worked with the UNHRC and UNAIDS and continues to consult closely with other UN agencies on matters related to international law and particularly the rights of women.  Sibah is the author of an extensive research in the area of Child Rights.

Sibah is a faculty member of three higher institutes of legal education and has been teaching legal subjects at an advanced level for almost a decade. She is often called upon by national TV channels for her legal views on matters of national and international importance.
